A third party safety consultant as well as Senate operations management, routinely audit projects for safe practices and equipment infractions. Technology
A solid commitment to utilizing the cutting edge in construction technology has been a cornerstone commitment at Senate. Our firm is currently using industry-leading software such as Intuit's Master Builder, Tradesman Masonry Estimator, Quantum Project Management, and Quantum Equipment Manager. In the field, our crews use the latest technology in equipment, such as non-stop scaffolding and the grout hog. Non-Stop, conveniently allows our masons to install units at the optimum height, waist high. The grout-hog speeds up the placement of grout through the use of a motorized pump.
